A team of researchers from The University of Newcastle are investigating safety and risk-taking in Australian Coal Mines. The research is being funded by the Australian Coal Association’s Research Program (ACARP). The aim is to improve safety. All Australian coal mine industry workers, both employees and contractors, are invited to participate in the research by completing a short (20 minutes), anonymous and confidential online survey.
